Rim Mathlouthi is a Tunisian journalist and environmental activist known for her work in promoting permaculture and sustainable agriculture. After working for major media outlets in France such as France Télévisions and ARTE, she returned to Tunisia following the 2011 revolution. She is the president of the Tunisian Association of Permaculture, where she leads initiatives focused on ecological education, local seed preservation, and community gardening. Through workshops and grassroots projects, she advocates for a greener, self-sufficient Tunisia rooted in environmental resilience and social justice.
