Ms. Rania graduated in 2001 with a BA in Media and Journalism Degree from Al Yarmouk University in Jordan. She has been working full time as a journalist across Jordan’s media spectrum. She worked her way up from field reporter to editor-in-chief of publications such as Al Ittijah, and Al Kalimah as well as the satirical weekly Sheihan. For the last seven years she held a senior editorial post at Jordan’s top national newspaper Al-Ghad. During this period, she covered a wide range of stories covering labor issues, and finally specializing in migration issues and hate speech.
