Louis Owusu-Berko, is a development enthusiast who believes a better world is possible. His professional career is informed by the conviction that each individual deserves a dignified economic livelihood or work.  Louis holds a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the school of public policy at the Central European University, Budapest Hungary.
