Dr. Maroua Jerbi is a Tunisian researcher specializing in agricultural sciences, with a focus on sustainable farming and soil microbiology. She holds a PhD from the National Agronomic Institute of Tunisia, where she currently works as a post-doctoral researcher. Her research centers on enhancing crop resilience and soil fertility through the use of arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi and other agroecological practices, particularly in semi-arid and arid regions. Dr. Jerbi is dedicated to developing eco-friendly agricultural techniques that reduce chemical inputs and support climate change adaptation, while also assisting smallholder farmers in implementing sustainable crop management strategies. Her scientific contributions aim to promote food security and environmental protection in Tunisia and beyond
